This project was a new construction and the clients wanted to see a complete vision for the entire home.
The concept was clean, minimal and coastal. They wanted neutral earth tones and natural textures to act as a foundation and to contrast with their colorful art collection.
We worked together to create a space layout that best suited them.
The open space plan and access to the patio (middle-left) from two locations was key
as the clients love to entertain. Living an indoor/outdoor lifestyle was very important.
These renderings are a conceptual representation of furniture and
scale. Color is subject to change upon furniture and lighting specification.

We created 3D renderings from various angles, to offer the greatest visual
understanding of each room within the home.
Offering a real life perspective was very important as we wanted to give our clients
peace of mind and confidence before they proceeded with a big construction project.
